Against the background of rising office vacancy rates and ongoing rental adjustments in Hong Kong, many enterprises are re‑evaluating their workspace strategies. The seminar addressed how organizations can seize this opportunity to optimize office space, reduce fixed costs, and enhance operational efficiency through a combination of office downsizing, renovation, and digital transformation.
KDDI shared practical insights into how office redesign and space optimization can directly contribute to cost reduction while supporting new, flexible working styles.
