Launch of Telehouse Tokyo Tama 3 Data Center

KDDI launched our new Telehouse data center “Telehouse Tokyo Tama 3 Data Center” in Tokyo the 12th of February, 2016.
“Telehouse Tokyo Tama 3 Data Center” is located on our existing Tama data center campus, 30km from Tokyo city center. It offers 1,300 racks of tenancy space with up to 42kVA (designed) power supply to racks and high-density colocation services enabling the hosting of heavy load IT infrastructure. The Tama campus now has a total capacity of 4,300 racks with 40MW.

Generators for emergencies: There are 18 generators (81MVA) for 3 data centers in Tama.
Server rooms: The blue color (Telehouse color) shows cold aisles and red color shows hot aisles. Servers intake cold air from the front and eject hot air from the back.
